Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Business program offers students a strong general business education with the opportunity for a concentration in finance, international business, management, or marketing. The Business BS appropriate for graduates of associate degree programs and new and transfer students.

The Department offers the following options in the Business Bachelor of Science degree program.  Students must elect one of the following:

  • Business BS: Finance Concentration

  • Business BS: International Business Concentration

  • Business BS: Management Concentration

  • Business BS: Marketing Concentration

Program Goals
Upon completion of this program, student will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the major functional areas of business.

  • Communicate effectively in writing and orally.

  • Be an effective and valuable team member

  • Demonstrate specialized knowledge within one’s discipline, depending on concentration

Program Admission, Continuation, and Graduation Requirements
For admission, continuation, and graduation from the Bachelor of Science degree program in Accounting students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
