Catalog Description

Theoretical and applied problems of monetary policy. How changes in money supply affect aggregate economic activities, particularly real GDP, real interest rates and relative prices. Emphasis is placed on contemporary developments. Current controversies concerning the use of monetary policy, relationship to fiscal policy, and impact on economic activity.
