Accreditation


CSI is accredited by The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, (267) 284-5000.  The Commission is a voluntary, non-governmental membership association that defines, maintains, and promotes educational excellence across institutions with diverse missions, student populations, and resources.  It is recognized by The U.S. Secretary of Education and the Commission on Recognition of Post-secondary Accreditation.

Degree Programs

  • The Accounting (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Accounting (Master of Science) degree program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Business (Bachelor of Science) degree program, including the Finance, International Business, Marketing, and management concentrations, is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Business Management (Master of Science) degree program, including the Strategic Management and Business Data Analytics concentrtions, is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Chemistry (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the American Chemical Society (ACS).

  • The Biochemistry (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the American Chemical Society (ACS).

  • The Clinical Mental health Counseling (Master of Arts) degree program is accredited by the Masters in Psychology and Counseling Accreditation Council (MPCAC).

  • The Computer Science (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of  ABET.

  • The Economics (Bachelor of Arts) degree program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Economics (Bachelor of Science) degree program, including the Business and Finance concetrations, is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Education degree programs are accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

  • The Engineering Science (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission’s General Criteria with no applicable program criteria.

  • The Electrical Engineering (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for Electrical Engineering.

  • The Healthcare Management (Master of Science) degree program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Information Systems and Informatics (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

  • The Medical Technology (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).

  • The Associate, Baccalaureate, and Master's degree programs in Nursing are accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Education of Nurses (ACEN).

  • The Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

  • The Social Work (Bachelor of Science) degree program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

  • The Social Work (Master of Social Work) degree program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
